LPT Realty
Elder Services Real Estate Team
Our team handles all the details of your transition so you don't have to. After listening to your story, we will develop a customized plan to meet all your needs. Our timely schedule will keep everything moving at a nice pace. Once all the details have been taken care of it's on to getting your home sold!
Moving
Our team will work with you to get you packed and ready to move. They will come with boxes and paper, so no box hunting for you. Then we coordinate your transition with our movers and your new destination. One of us will always be there on move day. If you want we can also get you unpacked and set up in your new home.
Content Removal
Many people delay their move because of all the stuff they have accumlated over the years. Well we can take care of that. We work with a company that can clear out your home usually in one day. Our team will pack up anything that you want donated. Our clear out team has a direct connection with Bridging. They can deliver household items and furniture to Bridging, get items to the correct place for recycling, and take care of the rest.
Repairs and Updates
Sometimes there are needed repairs to be done before you go on the market. We all know that these days if you call for somebody to do work in your home, you aren't even sure if they will show up. We obtain estimates from one of our resources and then with your permission get them to work. If updates make sense for your situation we can arrange painting, wallpaper removal, new carpet, etc. Our resources are trustworthy and reasonably priced.
Selling Your Home
Now we are ready to go on the market! We bring you the latest comparables from your area and we sit down and decide how to price your home. We use professional photography with virtual staging. Once we have an offer we will speak with the loan officer before we present to you. Then when it comes to closing we come to you. No having to worry how you are going to get to an office way across town.
YOUR TEAM
Anne Saatela
After losing both my parents in the same year I was faced with an overwhelming task. I was working a full time job with two children and my parent's home was two hours away. Having no idea what to do it took me over a year to take care of everything. I knew there had to be a better way. So I combined a love for houses with the need to help people during one of the most overwhelming times of their lives. I now have a process to relieve the stress and help people get quickly through their journey.
Becky Clifford
I went through the heartbreak of dealing with a mother with Alzheimer's. In having to deal with two of my parent's homes and take care of my mother, I thought there should be a way to make this task easier.
